The Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, the Pompeu Fabra University and the Universitat Autónoma of Barcelona among the higher education institutions with the best master’s program worldwide
The Eduniversal Best Masters Ranking Worlwide 2015-2016, an international classification specialized in master’s program, was published last week. This classification is the only ranking that analyses master’s programs in an individual level, over more than 30 study fields. The classification is based over 2 methodologies: international level and regional level (divided in 9 geographic zones). In this edition 2015-2016, there are master programs from 14 Spanish higher education institutions which appear among the best 100 in the world in some study fields like: E-Business, Entrepreneurship, Financial Markets, Health Management, Real Estate Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, Sustainable Development and Environmental Management and Tourism and Hospitality Management.
In the E-Business Global Ranking, in the 12th position we found the Master in Internet Media Management, from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid , followed by the master’s programs in Search Engines (25) and Direct & Digital Marketing (29), both from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
In the Sustainable Development and Environmental Management category we also found strong presence of Spanish masters: master's degree in journalism and Science communication, technology and environment from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (44) or the master's degree in interdisciplinary environmental studies and sustainable economic and social development of the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona (92).
Finally, regarding Health Management, Spanish education stands out in the 29th position, with the international master’s degree in Health economy and pharmacoeconomy, by Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Also it’s important to highlight the master’s degree in Health Management Organizations from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in the 55th position.
Focusing on the regional level, the importance of Spanish masters within Western Europe is also essential, as we can see by the position of the master’s degree in Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid(24th) within the category of General Management, followed by the online master’s degree in Government and Public Policy Analysis in Universidad Carlos III de Madrid(26) and the master’s degree in Management and Government and Public Management in Latin America from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (26).
