From May 15 to 17, SIGMA attended the euroCRIS conference in Vienna. This focused on recent trends, importance, position and use of Current Research Information Systems (CRIS). The main topic revolved around emerging trends for international collaboration in the CRIS domain, which managed to bring together people with a researcher, manager, evaluator, librarian, research administrator, ICT expert and political profile.
SIGMA actively participated as a chair in a session titled on new developments and as a speaker in the presentation “The power of generative AI for CRIS systems: a new paradigm for scientific information management”. And, as always, we were able to draw on the knowledge of the rest of the speakers.
