Last Wednesday has taken place the Academic Advisory Committee, the first of the two annual meetings that are conducted with the universities that are SIGMA’s partners in the academic field. In this committee, that has been held in Universidad de Valladolid, the activities made by SIGMA since the last Advisory meeting in October 2015 have been detailed. Furthermore, a review of the Service condition has been made, outlining the award obtained by SIGMA with the ISO20000 certification and the news regarding to the Service that it implies, emphasizing the new figure of SIGMA Client Consultant as the key piece to reinforce the Service.
Afterwards, the condition and planning have been explained for the new joint developments that are made between all the universities in a consortium basis and the results of the different working committees that have been carried out with the universities during the first quarter of 2016. Additionally, the improvements and innovations that are planned for 2016 were set for the SIGMA products
Finally, we would like to highlight the good host that Universidad de Valladolid has been, the high participation of all the universities that came to the meeting and also for the several agreements reached.
