Last Thursday, June 20th, we celebrated the Annual Employee Event, our most special meeting in which we look back, align future objectives and enjoy teambuildings. In addition, we always dedicate a space for the team, in which we welcome new employee, congratulate those who celebrate 5, 15 and 25 years at SIGMA and highlight the merit of key people during this last year.
On this occasion, the day was set in the art of transformation, from where we started, led by Ferran Tort, to raise awareness of the power we have to improve if we give free rein to our creativity. How much we learned!
