Last Thursday, 19th June, we held the Annual Staff Event, our favourite gathering where we share the highlights of the past year and are fully aware of all that has been achieved. It is also the time to look to the future and to communicate the direction in which we must go.
This year's claim has been Every step leaves its mark, every mark drives our future because, as we are in the midst of modernising both our solutions and our working methodologies, each part is, in order to to achieve our goals, more vital than ever.
One of the most important aspects of our vision for the future has to do with knowing and empathising, to a greater degree, with the end user. That is why, on this occasion, we have approached this profile through different tools: lectures, video testimonials and roleplay activities.
