On March 11th, SIGMA participated in an event organized by the Fundació Cercle d'Economia and Fundación BCN that addressed the challenge of dual training in organizations. This was carried out with the purpose of addressing the new Vocational Training Law that proposes an integrated system that connects with the world of work, both for employed and unemployed people. This legislation focuses on the person and creates a system that supports them throughout their life path.
The new dual future implies closer collaboration between the educational system and the business world in the training of individuals. We have different speakers to analyze how we can promote high-quality, inclusive employment that eliminates gender inequalities.
