On Monday, 18th June, at the headquarters of the Fundació BCN Formació Professional at the Institut d’Educació del Ajuntament de Barcelona, was made the act of recognition of the participating centers to the SIGMA Software Factory Learning Center, as well as the promotions of students in business practices that have gone through the program during the academic year 2011-2012.
The event was attended by the illustrious Mr. Gerard Ardanuy, Councillor for Education and Universities of Barcelona City Council, who highlighted the involvement of SIGMA Gestión Universitaria in carrying out the work placement of students in vocational training which are developed with its program Learning Center for over three years.
Also emphasize parliaments made by Mr. Ricard Coma, Manager of Fundació BCN Formació Professional, partnering with SIGMA in-company project grant and Mr. Ramón Grau, General Manager of SIGMA Gestión Universitaria.
Awards were given to outstanding students of each class, second award: a free course taught at the Escola Universitaria d'Informàtica of the University Escoles Gimbernat i Tomàs Cerda (attached to UAB), delivered by the Coordinator of Multimedia Studies and Graduate Training, Mr. Manel Taboada, and first award an Android tablet courtesy of SIGMA Gestión Universitaria.
