This week, SIGMA's women were able to enjoy a women's self-defense seminar led by Món Físic, a martial arts school. Thanks to this first contact, we have learned that we all have the ability to apply some self-defense techniques against possible attacks, what some of them are, and that the psychological aspect is essential. It has been a complete success!
