This semester we organised a gamification for the Production team which we put new methodologies into practice.
The gamification was set in the Matrix and the game's mission consisted of recovering the technology from the hands of a group of hackers who had taken it over. To do this, they competed in teams to achieve objectives of their usual activity linked to a scoring system. The team with the most points was the winner.
This dynamic allowed them to: improve springs compliance, minimise incidents, reduce deviations, optimise their day-to-day work and get out of the routine!
