On the occasion of the International Day of People with Disabilities, we wanted to highlight the importance of recognizing the unconscious biases that can influence our behavior towards certain groups. To eliminate them, it is essential to be aware of what these biases are and, therefore, we have prepared training with the Adecco Foundation for the entire team. And it is crucial to understand that the lack of one capacity does not limit the development of the rest.
