We have recently introduced new dynamics in our Learning Center, featuring talks and gamification activities, with the aim of strengthening our commitment and involvement in the training of professionals in the sector.
On the one hand, Get to Know the SIGMA Areas is an internal career guidance initiative in which ambassadors from different departments have presented to students what their area consists of: objectives, procedures, tools, and relationships with other departments. On the other hand, to help transition from the training phase to the internship stage, students have participated in gamified dynamics where they took on the roles involved in the SIGMA product process, from the initial request to the final delivery, taking into account the characteristics of each part of the process.
Thanks to these initiatives, we support students during the process of entering the workforce, helping them to understand first-hand how the organization operates and fostering career orientation and young talent development.
