Monitoring and progress of SIGMA SIS projects

SIGMA meets with the 8 universities members of the Consortium to address the evolution of academic solution SIGMA SIS

On 21 and 22 October 2014 the SIGMA SIS Advisory Committee was held at the Rector of the Universidad de Córdoba (UCO).

The SIGMA SIS Advisory Committee is the forum where SIGMA consortium determines the annual product investment plan, and therefore, participates in defining the roadmap of academic solution.

The new functionalities incorporated into products as a result of new developments agreed for the current year as well as innovative projects and technological transformation are presented and finally sets to perform in SIGMA SIS developments for the coming year are agreed. Also, a space for sharing projects in different universities this year is enabled.

The main issues that have led the Advisory Committee of the second half of 2014 are: Detail status and new developments and projects of technological change and innovation 2014, agreement on joint projects to incorporate SIGMA SIS in 2015, and sharing best practices in projects with universities in 2014 in the areas of Resource Teachers, Students, and Quality Assessment, among others.
