SIGMA has carried out in the last months the Pre-enrolment Project in the studies of Degree, Master´s degree, PhD and own studies for both private institutions with the goal of implementing a completely integrated process with SIGMA and the online service, replacing the previous system. For the implementation of this project it has been necessary the creation of a circuit of pre-enrolment, admission, reservation and registration based on the necessities that private institutions require.
Thus, the launching of the project has been a success and has allowed carrying out pre-enrolment procedures to new students for the course 2016/2017. The prescription period has already started in IQS last January 12th if you register in person and in January 26th if you register online. However, the pre-enrollment procedures in Blanquerna started last February 2nd for the Degrees taught in the three faculties of the university: Faculty of Psicology, Faculty of Education and Sport, Faculty of Health Sciences and Faculty of Communication Studies and Faculty of International Relations.
Overall, the development of the project has facilitated the pre-enrolment process of more than 1800 students between both institutions that could formalize their registration after the PAU tests in June 2016.
