At SIGMA, Sant Jordi’s Day is much more than a tradition: it is an opportunity to reaffirm the values that define us as an organization. On this occasion, the celebration was marked by social commitment hand in hand with Fundació IRES, an organization dedicated to supporting families in vulnerable situations through social, psychological, and educational assistance. The solidarity roses we distributed among the team also carried added value: the packaging was designed by students from Blanquerna, one of the institutions that make up our group, strengthening the link between education and social commitment.
On our part, we organized a dedication mailbox through which we wanted to give a special character to the day, as each member of the team could wish a happy Diada to a colleague by writing them a message on a personalized bookmark. Throughout the day, we distributed the messages among their recipients, who could remain anonymous to add an element of surprise, turning a simple gesture into a moment of real connection within the team.
A Diada that, as every year, succeeded in bringing together tradition, solidarity, and camaraderie.
