SIGMA attends to the CODEMOTION SPAIN 2014 event

Third edition of one of the events related to the major software development nationwide

Montepríncipe Campus of the University CEU San Pablo hosted on 21 and 22 November the 3rd edition of the Congress Codemotion, a meeting that brings together the largest developer communities Spain and attended by about 2,000 participants.

Throughout the two days of the event a total of 112 lectures and workshops on a variety of topics took place. Different programming languages and technologies were crosslinked allowing obtain an overview of current trends in IT.

The Cloud paradigm was treated intensively in various papers, being able to see different solutions about reaffirming that this is a field with great capacity to evolve in the coming years. Another key themes was to DevOps, trying it from several perspectives which today involves a development process that seeks optimize generated code quality and efficiency of all associated processes. Related to this point, the Agile methodologies also had their place became evident that enjoy broad support among communities, having spread its use regardless of the underlying technology.
The event was attended by major industry players such as IBM, Google, Microsoft, Intel or Mozilla showed its solutions for Cloud, Mobile and BI development among others.
