Every 23rd of April the Catalan streets get full of books and roses stands to celebrate Sant Jordi, patron of Catalonia and International Book Day. During this day lovers exchange roses and books to prove their love, the emblematic buildings in Barcelona open to the public and the most acclaimed writers sign their books in the city centre.
Being the 23rd of April Sunday, SIGMA has celebrated this tradition today and we have done so by buying roses to our employees and collaborating with the IReS Foundation.
SIGMA collaborates one year more with IReS Foundation’s campaign “A rose for a cause”. This campaign is part of El Casal en Família project which gives support to families in risk of exclusion.
