On Wednesday the 18th and Thursday the 19th, the SIGMA Academic Advisory Committee was held at the University of Valladolid (UVA, Segovia Campus), corresponding to the second semester meeting of the year. During the sessions, the progress of new developments carried out through the year were discussed jointly for all of SIGMA’s partner universities.
The meeting focused on the most relevant and strategic issues that directly affect the products and services offered by SIGMA for academic management. A lot of emphasis was placed on issues related to interoperability and the implication of affected functional processes, as well as on the short, medium, and long term evolution lines.
Before the meeting conclusion, the guidelines to continue with the evolution of SIGMA´s products and services to be working on 2018 were defined.
