The first semester´s Consultative Research Committee was held on the 28th of March, 2017 at Universitat de Vic.
The meeting covered the status of the new developments that are carried out for all universities using SIGMA RESEARCH products.
The meeting focused on the most relevant issues and main trends in the field of research which directly affect the products and services offered by SIGMA for research. Much emphasis was also put on topics such as data analytics and bibliometrics, as well as the evaluation of research and the visualization of scientific production.
The discussions between the attendees made of this event a very useful one as they addressed key issues that should allow for SIGMA’s correct evolution of products and services.
All attendees, including the University of Valladolid, the Public University of Navarra, Universitat Pompeu Fabra in addition to UVic, were complimented for their predisposition and involvement.
