TIC application in universities and their new vision are protagonists in CRUE TIC Conference
The CRUE-TIC work day collected technology management aspects from the perspective of TIC universities responsibles and the new sight into the application and integration of technology in these universities.
SIGMA aligned with the application of technologies in these universities come to this meeting in Toledo on 16 and 17 April, in which prominence is given to a new vision of TIC across the University extension, oriented primarily to the needs of students, teachers, researchers, administrators and suppliers, in order to optimize them.
Today, attendance and participation of universities staff, has been very active, attended by over 140 people bringing their experiences and knowledge about the application of TIC in different fields such as Teaching and Research.
During this first day have seen new courses of action in terms of eLearning. The reality of Mooc and experiences of universities in this field is ever expanding. It's important to highlight the experience of a university converged to a Mooc course with classroom teaching subject. During class time, the attendees could follow the Mooc and a tutor was available to answer any questions via the forums. A great experience and high degree of satisfaction of all concerned.
Increasingly tools like Moodle, dropbox and whatsapp are part of teaching. The key is the good use of it.
