SIGMA is in favour that women stop having a minority role in the technological sector, a challenge still present in Spain and the rest of the world. On March 8, for the International Women's Day, we wanted to meet with all the women who are part of the organization to share their experiences and concerns.
Currently women represent 27% of our staff, a percentage that is over the 22% registered in the software development sector. Despite this, we want to continue contributing to the improvement of the model in the technological industry.
