SIGMA participated in these interesting meeting, where the main focus was on human capital in the digital era.
In these sessions, we discuss different topics as the appropriate organizational structures to address the digital transformation, the new roles required by the ENS and the GDPR, how to manage the motivation of the workers and the importance of creating a solid organizational culture explaining the values were discussed of the University. It is important that the human talent that will lead the technological evolution be endowed with the necessary skills and adaptation mechanisms to this new era, that is why it is essential to work the organizational culture and create a work environment focused on people, promoting the values of flexibility and adaptation to change, as well as the improvement of productivity.
They were very interesting sessions for sharing experiences and success stories in the management of human capital.
