29/01/2014  |  Núria Cuní

The normalized CV is a strategic project of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness coordinated by FECYT, which provides a standardized curriculum in digital format support, PDF.

In 2009 SIGMA began working to incorporate into their research products the curriculum standardized researcher generation, thanks to this, in 2010 the universities Pompeu Fabra and Autónoma de Barcelona could already offer this new functionality to their researchers and in 2011 the Universidad Pública de Navarra joined.

Normalized CV exportation requests in SIGMA universities have been constant since its opening to the researchers’ community, being November and December the months with more exportation applications. The data FECYT provided us about CVN exportation requests in 2013 have been:

-  Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, with 1807 applications for Normalized CV

-  Universidad Pompeu Fabra, with 566 applications for Normalized CV

-  Universidad Pública de Navarra, with 67 applications for Normalized CV

SIGMA has continued updating their products and in 2013 it offers the possibility of extracting the new standard CVN 1.3.0. Currently, the Universidad Pompeu Fabra is already certified by the FECYT in this new standard and the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona that is scheduled for the new standard in early 2014.
