After our action Ser mujer en las TIC, this year we have again focused our efforts on encouraging women at risk of exclusion from the labor market, to see the IT sector accessible. Our director of Implantations and Attention and Support, Victoria Montenegro, attended the conference Women in Masculinized Fields, organized by Fundació Adecco, as a professional with a high career and position in the IT field with the aim of promoting self-esteem and expanding the possible employment objectives of women who are part of Adecco's Women 2023 Program.
