Social Responsibility Model of the SIGMA Software Factory’ Learning Center presented to the "Departament d’Educació" and the "Consell Català de Formació Professional" of the Generalitat de Catalunya
Yesterday February 4, 2014, we had the great opportunity to have the presence of Mr. Xavier Casares, President of the "Consell Català de Formació Professional", and Mr. Melcior Arcarons, CEO of "Formació Professional i Ensenyaments de Règim Especial del Departament d’Educació", both members of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
The visit took place at the SIGMA’s facilities, where they showed the areas of the company giving great importance to the SIGMA Software Factory area where there is the Learning Center studies gave, the main reason for the visit is instructed.
The purpose of the meeting was to present the Social Responsibility model of the Learning Center to the Generalitat de Catalunya at the same time to study the possibility of adapting this model to some of the Generalitat de Catalunya needs.
There is held a presentation of the company, detailing the activity it plays, some success obtained and an explanation of the successful application into the student community called PIZARRA. After this pleasant meeting, we can only be thankful for the kindness of the visit of the "Departament d’Educació" and "Consell Català de Formació Professional".
