As a result of our internal policy and the Equality Committee’s work, we have got Baby Friendly Company certification in order to keep taking care team's wellness giving support to the new parents.
Due to this certification, we comply with its decalogue, which sets out the actions to be followed by the organization in these cases. Some exemples are: offering flexible hours, giving gifts at the time of birth or adoption, supporting job growth without discrimination or respecting the schedule.
