On November 8th, we attended the 10th edition of Woman Lider TIC, organized by Dones en Xarxa, where some of SIGMA's women leaders were present. They had the opportunity to connect with numerous experts, leaders, and professionals from the digital sector. The event focused on highlighting women as drivers of knowledge and transformative projects.
The attendees also learned about initiatives like the creation of a service to combat digital violence led by the Institut Català de les Dones, efforts to promote STEM careers and tech startups through the Wayra platform, and the critical role of Indigenous and Native women in addressing climate change, among many others.
Key current topics were also discussed, including cybersecurity, European AI regulation, and the societal impact of video games.
