SIGMA took part for the first time in the 5th CRUE Student Affairs Conference, held on February 5 and 6 at the University of Valladolid. The event, organized by the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE), brought together more than a hundred professionals from the university sector, including vice-rectorates, Student Affairs leaders from universities across Spain, and experts in university management and higher education.
Throughout the conference, participants discussed some of the major challenges currently facing the university system: university entrance examinations, student housing models, support for students with special needs, and the impact of artificial intelligence on teaching. The meeting highlighted the need for stronger institutional coordination and for universities to adapt to the new expectations of students.
SIGMA’s presence at this forum reflects its commitment to the continuous improvement of university management.
