Yesterday, June 20th, took place the award ceremony for the 8th Edition of FP Emprèn Awards. They represent a public recogniton for the best business projects carried out by FP students of several institutes and centers in Barcelona.
In this edition, an overall of 71 projects were presented and 58 of them made it to the final round. These projects have been done by 28 FP centers of Barcelona (area of Barcelona) where participated 183 students. Of the 58 final projects, 40 were done by students of Higher Vocational Training Course and 18 by students of Vocation Training Course.
The number of categories awarded increased this year with an overall of 7 broke down as follows:
General Awards: Entrepreneur Award and Social Economy Award.
Professional field Awards: Energy Award, Sustainability and Environment Award; Health Award, Sports and Wellness Award ; Education Award, Culture and Entertainment Award; Tourism and Hotel Industry Award and Industry Award.
As for us, SIGMA assisted another year to the act organised by Fundació BCN FP where we gave the Industry Award and continue to show our support to the collaboration started in 2009 with the foundation of the SIGMA Learning Center.
