Transparency



The Law 19/2013, December 9th, of Transparency, Public Information Access and Good Governance, aims to increase and reinforce the transparency of the public activity, regulate and guarantee the right of public access to the information related to the activity and establishes the obligations of good governance that must be fulfilled by the public authority.

 

The Law is applicable to every public Administration, and the public sector, as well as other entities, such as the Casa de Su Majestad el Rey, the Consejo General del Poder judicial, the Tribunal Constitucional, the Congreso de los Diputados, the Senado, the Banco de España, the Defensor del Pueblo, the Tribunal de Cuentas, the Consejo Económico y Social and the equivalent autonomous entities, in relation to the activities subject to Administrative Law. The Law establishes the publication obligations that affect to the public entities to guarantee the transparency on the activity and regulates the right of public access of the citizens.

 

In accordance with the law, at SIGMA AIE we want to facilitate the access to our information, both to a management level and our form of governance and at an economic level with the financial results of our activity available to everybody.
