Nowadays, mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets are widely used by students, teachers and researchers for content dissemination. With these devices, universities have a permanent communication channel between the several groups that form the university community.
Given the importance of these devices in our society, at SIGMA we began to work in 2008 with the goal of improving the academic management processes for the students and also strengthen the communication channel university - student.
As a result of this work, we have the following apps:
SIGMA MOBILE puts at the student’s disposal a bunch of tools making easier his and her day-to-day activities. The app includes interesting functionalities such as bookings of enrolment, PhD notices, materials available in Moodle or the university`s board of directors.
